변화와 도전으로 점철된 지난 10년 

Past 10 years, a series of change and challenge

2010년 11월, 스물일곱의 나이로 인생 첫 직 장 텔스타-홈멜에 입사하였습니다. 처음 담당 했던 업무 특성상 전국 방방곡곡 고객을 만나 러 다니는 출장길이 마치 여행하는 것처럼 즐 거웠던 기억이 떠오릅니다. 하지만 반복되는 일상에 지쳐 일하는 즐거움을 잃어 가던 시기 도 있었습니다. 때마침, 나에게 변화와 도전의 기회(Ts-SPC/ La ser Business)가 다가왔습니다. 새로운 업 무 환경에 대한 나의 부족함은 자신을 단련시 킬 채찍질이 되었고, 함께 도전하던 동료들의 팀워크를 동력 삼아 다같이 발전할 수 있었습 니다. 변화를 두려워하지 않고 새로운 도전을 즐기 려 노력했던 마음가짐이 지난 10년간 텔스타 와 함께 할 수 있었던 가장 큰 힘이었고, 주변동료들의 도움과 사랑하는 가족의 지원이 있 어 그동안 담당했던 프로젝트를 잘 마무리 할 수 있었습니다. 지금 우리는 변화하고 학습하지 않으면 도태 되는 시대에 살고 있습니다. 피할 수 없는 변 화와 도전이라면 다시 한 번 즐겁게 부딪혀 보자는 마음가짐으로, 지난 10년의 경험을 밑 거름 삼아 새로운 10년의 성공을 향해 함께 도약합시다.  

In November 2010, at the age of 27, I joined Telstar-Hommel as my first job in life. Due to the nature of my first position, I remember having fun on a business trip to meet customers all over the country as if I was traveling. However, there were times when I was tired of repetitive routines and lost the joy of working. Just in time, opportunities for change and challenge came to me, which was Ts-SPC/Laser Business. Because I was lacking in the new environment, the opportunity became a harsh yet rewarding training to develop myself. The teamwork of colleagues who challenged new tasks together became the driving force, and we were all able to improve. The mindset of trying to enjoy new challenges without being afraid of change has been the greatest strength I have been with Telstar over the past decade. In addition, with the help of colleagues around me and the support of my beloved family, I was able to complete the projects that I was in charge of. The times in which we live now are the times that require change and learning, and if we don’t follow the stream, we are in behind. Let's take a leap forward together towards the success of the upcoming new 10 years, taking the experience of the past 10 years as a foundation, with the mindset of happily facing the inevitable changes and challenges once again.
